Process Video

First, we identify the marble Bench. Drilling is done vertically and horizontally so that the drilled holes intersect each other. Diamond segments are used on wire saws to cut the block area. Then high quality air bags or hydro bags are used to create a gap with the help of air or water pressure inside.

This block is pushed from the top by the help of Excavator bucket so that it falls onto the Heaps of Loose soil created below. Finally, this block is toppled over; it's cut into smaller sizes and is sent to the processing factories for sawing into slabs and tiles.
